Greek Yogurt Avocado Dip




  • 1 large avocado, pit removed, and mashed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 lime, squeezed for juice
  • salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes to taste

Mix everything together and enjoy!


Sweet potato wedges

Cut 1 large sweet potato into wedges, brush with olive oil, and season with Italian seasoning. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
