Haley GoodricH, RD, LDN
Hi, I'm Haley Goodrich! As a dietitian and nutrition therapist, I am fiercely passionate about helping others create flexible, joyful eating habits and cultivate a peaceful relationship with their body.
Through my practice, my goal is to create a weight-inclusive environment with health promoting interventions for my clients to nourish a happier and healthier life. I help people connect to their body's needs without rigidity and restriction, and learn self-compassion instead of guilt and shame. I eat all foods that bring me joy, satisfaction and promote my well-being, and I will teach you to do the same!
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and completed the Didactics Program in Dietetics at Texas A&M University. I then completed my dietetic internship in Pittsburgh with a focus in clinical dietetics, specialized nutrition interventions, and entrepreneurship. I began my career as a clinical dietitian working in the medical primary care unit until I started my private practice in 2015 to offer nutrition therapy to people struggling with their relationship with food and their body. I am currently pursuing my Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) Certification.
I founded INSPIRD Nutrition so I could help people feel liberated in their eating choices and find body acceptance. I specialize in Intuitive Eating, body image healing, and eating disorder recovery from a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective. I look forward to helping you overcome your obstacles and develop a new perspective on how health is defined. - Let's journey together!
Kaley Sechman, MS, RD, LDN
Hi, I’m Kaley Sechman! I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in Intuitive Eating from a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective. I am determined to help others lead a life free of dieting, food-rules and restrictions, & tune into their body’s internal cues to best enhance their health & well-being!
Our body’s shape or size does not determine our health-- which is why my approach focuses on behavior changes instead of weight changes. I work in partnership with clients to empower them to discover a pattern of eating and moving that supports their unique mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My personal & professional experiences have solidified this definition of health, and inspired me to incorporate Intuitive Eating & the non-diet approach into my practice.
I’ve earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences at Lock Haven University & completed the Coordinated Masters Program in Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of Pittsburgh in 2015. - Let's journey together!
