Dietitians

Haley GoodricH, RDN, LDN

Founder, Director of Clinical Operations, Senior Supervisor, Eating disorder specialist

Hi, I'm Haley Goodrich, registered dietitian and founder of INSPIRD Nutrition and Mental Health Counseling. I’m fiercely passionate about weight-inclusive, equitable healthcare for all, and have dedicated my career to creating an environment where clients can heal from disordered eating, divest from diet culture, and create sustainable, compassionate self-care.

I have spent the last decade learning and growing from incredible mentors, people who’ve trusted me as their dietitian, and my own experiences of repetitive stumbling as I learned to navigate entrepreneurship. I am honored to hold space for both clients and clinicians, as I believe it is essential to provide support and supervision to clinicians who are also courageously creating a values-aligned practice.

I am an eating disorder specialist, and individual and group supervisor, clinical director at INSPIRD Nutrition and Mental Health Counseling, and an intern preceptor for the University of Pittsburgh Nutrition and Dietetics program.

It is imperative that the people we support feel seen, heard, and are met with warmth and compassion through every aspect of their care. Our hope is that you feel at home here, and ultimately in your body.

Hi! I’m Joelle DiTucci, a Registered Dietitian and Eating Disorders Specialist dedicated to helping you reconnect and build trust with your body’s innate wisdom. Together we will rewrite the narratives that hold you back from peacefully eating, moving, and living in your body.

My work is rooted in a commitment to social justice with weight-inclusive, fat-positive, anti-diet, and identity-affirming nutrition care. I advocate for a world that promotes body diversity and challenges a focus on weight, placing holistic well-being at the forefront of our collective mission. Practicing through a trauma-informed lens, I recognize the profound impact of past experiences on present relationships with food and body image, as well as the importance of gentleness in navigating the mind-body connection.

Having the privilege of working in eating disorder and mental health treatment at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care have reinforced the necessity of meeting my clients where they are. Our work will honor and respect your capacity, lived experience, and personal values. My passion lies in humbly learning from you as the expert of your body and supporting what healing means to you.

I look forward to holding a non-judgmental space for you while offering hope, empowerment, and practical tools on your path toward body respect and a more intuitive relationship with self-care.

Natalie Colantuono, MS, RD, LDN

Resource & Advocacy Coordinator, Registered dietitian

Hi, I’m Natalie Colantuono! I am a weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size® (HAES) informed Registered Dietitian who is deeply committed to eating and body liberation for all people.

My interest in this work was originally sparked by my love for food, nourishment, and promoting well-being through eating experiences. However, my commitment to this work has since been solidified by my whole-hearted belief that all humans deserve the right and opportunity to safely, joyfully, and unapologetically take up space without the cultural narrative to shrink (mentally and physically). I firmly believe we are unable to show up as our truest, most vibrant and vast selves while we are preoccupied with food and body size.

I partner with my clients to create compassionate eating and self-care practices that allow us to honor our inherent human needs and establish safety in our bodies while stepping away from shame. It is my priority to create a warm, inclusive environment that centers the lived experiences of my clients as the foundation of our therapeutic work. I regularly incorporate social justice themes into my approach to shift blame away from the individual and direct accountability towards the systems of power that cause harm and reinforce eating disorder culture. I believe that nutrition and health care are inherently political concepts, which requires all healthcare providers to be fierce social justice advocates as the basis of our work. As a neurodivergent-identifying provider and ADHDer, I have particular interest in working with the intersection of eating disorders and neurodivergence through an anti-capitalist, neurodivergence-affirming lens.

I’ve earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh, where I specialized in eating disorders care. I would be honored to stand beside you in this complex and liberating journey of reclaiming home, trust, and safety in your body.

Sarah Kilpatrick, MS, RD, LDN

Registered dietitian

Hi, I’m Sarah Kilpatrick! I am a Registered Dietitian whose mission is to help people achieve connection with their bodies and lead full, nourished lives through a Health At Every Size® (HAES) lens. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics at the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in Advanced Medical Nutrition Therapy.

Nutrition is an incredibly nuanced and individualized matter and I firmly believe that the basis of all nutrition care begins with nurturing the body and mind’s innate connective relationship with food. The world bombards us with so many messages around food and body image, all culminating in us questioning our body’s needs and natural cues and perpetuating diet culture, systemic oppression in healthcare settings, and the development of eating disorders. My goal as a practitioner is to create a respectful, compassionate environment that centers the client’s individual physical, mental, and emotional health.

I am committed to partnering with those in their journeys through eating disorder recovery, body image work, navigating diet culture, and forging their individual path to self-compassion and healing from food and body obsessions. It would be my honor to be a part of yours. Let’s find out what we can do together!

Shadeni Cargill, MS, RD, LDN

Registered dietitian

Hi! I’m Shadeni Cargill, a Black, anti-diet, fat-positive Registered Dietitian who earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh’s Dietitian Nutritionist Program.

Food and nutrition have always been enthralling to me. As with most cultures, food is the centerpiece of my own. When I moved to the United States for college, it was extremely difficult to personalize my choices of nutritious food, because I was advised to include options that I neither knew nor liked.

As my body changed over the years, I was met with ‘concerns’ of how much I ate, and instructions to restrict my intake. I, like many others, learned how to demonize my favorite foods and learned to feel shame for existing in my body. After years of yo-yo dieting and guilt, I was exhausted and OVER it. As I learnt more about intuitive eating and fat-positive work, I was able to start to restructure my beliefs and behaviors, and begin the journey to feeling safe in my body and trusting it to carry me through life.

Dietitians are generally expected to invest in upholding harmful (and deadly) white supremacist ideals in the form of fatphobic standards. I believe that the very least that I, as a dietitian, can do, is the work of unlearning these ideals and ensuring that my clients are not subjected to these harms under my practice.

I am interested in working alongside clients who are on a similar journey to mine, or are seeking medical nutrition therapy for their chronic illnesses, who want to honor their cultures and heritage, and/or want to improve or reestablish their relationships with food and to their bodies. My aim is to provide a safe, affirming space and to offer you empowering support as you grow.

Rebecca lucko, MS, RD, LDN

Registered dietitian

Hi, I’m Rebecca Lucko! I am a weight-inclusive, non-diet, Health at Every Size® (HAES) -informed Registered Dietitian. I practice from the philosophy that all foods fit, and I believe that every body deserves respect, compassion, and care.

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics. The first three years of my career were spent working as the primary dietitian for the UPMC Center for Eating Disorders inpatient unit, as well as assisting in providing care for the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

My goal as your dietitian is to provide a safe, inclusive, judgment-free space for us to work together as a partnership. I am passionate about dismantling diet culture, challenging food rules and health assumptions, and working with you to reclaim your inherent body wisdom. I want to help you establish a peaceful and trusting relationship with food and your body, and to support you in your journey of recovery. You deserve to nourish without guilt, feel at home in your body, and live your life as the most fulfilled, joyful version of you. I am excited to start your recovery journey with you!

Megan Benner, MS, RD, LDN

Registered dietitian

Hi, I’m Megan Benner! I’m a weight inclusive, anti-diet dietitian. My goal is for all people to have the space to heal their relationship with food, their body, and movement. I want to help you move through life with a nourished mind and body in a way that feels joyful and authentic to you.

My passion for food comes from knowing that food is so much more than just fuel. Our relationships with food and our bodies come from deeply cultural, emotional and personal places. However, they are also heavily influenced by harmful and stigmatizing societal ideals. Exploring the role oppressive systems play in our relationships with food and our bodies is an integral part of this work and something I hope we can navigate together.

In our work, it is my intention to foster a space in which you can reconnect with your body and honor your body’s intelligence. I aim for my relationships with my clients to be person-centered, curious, and empowering. It’s always a bonus when we can incorporate some humor as well.

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics with a speciality in eating disorders.

Outside of work I spend lots of time with loved ones, taking ample naps, and being outside. Cannot wait to see what we can accomplish together!

Hi, I'm Shannon Raymond! I am a Mental Health Counselor and Registered Dietitian.

I believe that you are worthy, just as you are. I also believe that your body has wisdom and is yearning for you to tune in to what it’s saying. As a mental health counselor, I want to offer you a kind, supportive, and safe space to navigate your experiences, values, relationships, and environment. The power of a therapeutic relationship can cultivate a space for you to heal, grow, and nurture your true self.

I approach my work with clients from a Health At Every Size (HAES), fat-positive, trauma informed, spiritually inclusive perspective. I am currently taking clients for Telehealth therapy.
